TERME SENSORIALI

Designed by the architect Paolo
Bodega using innovative solutions and technology, the recently
inaugurated Terme Sensoriali is situated in the heart of the
Acqua Santa Park only 200 meters from Hotel Columbia.
Advocating treatments based on naturopathy, the Terme Sensoriali
is the only one of its kind in Italy. Guests may follow various
"paths of the senses" intended to help rebalance the
energetic fields by means of a harmonious use of the five elements
– water, fire, earth, air and aether – which make
up man and the universe.
The Terme Sensoriali is open all year round from 10 a.m. until
10 p.m. The ticket costs € 36,00 and gives access for a
period of three and a half hours and to the range of treatments
available (more details regarding these can be found under the
heading "glossary").
Included in the cost of the ticket is a kit comprising a bathrobe,
a towel for use in the sauna and Turkish bath, slippers, bath
cap and shower gel. Massages and beauty treatments are available
at the Centro Benessere (Wellness centre) on the first floor
and are not included in the price of the ticket. Prices vary
according to individual treatments which must be booked in advance.
Besides the convenience of being within such easy reach of the
parks and the Terme Sensoriali, our guests may also take advantage
of an agreement between ourselves and Chianciano Spa offering
special rates both for the Terme Sensoriali and the Wellness
Center.
Contraindications
Some of the treatments should be avoided during pregnancy and
in the presence of certain illnesses.
Children
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the Terme
